Emergency Rental and Utility Assistance Program (ERAP)
If you rent, have experienced financial hardship during the pandemic, and are having difficulties keeping up with rent or utility payments, contact ICCAP at 724-465-2657 to see if you qualify for assistance! You can apply on COMPASS, ask for a hard copy application from ICCAP, or have ICCAP assist you with computer application.
ERAP requires a prioritization of assistance for households with:
• Incomes less than 50% AMI -OR-
• One or more individuals that have not been employed for the 90-day period preceding the date of application.
