MDS Durable Medical Equipment Grant-This program helps individuals living with neuromuscular disease with essential equipment that supports greater independence, safety, and everyday mobility at home, in school, and at play. Durable medical equipment (DME) refers to items like wheelchairs, lifts, canes, and other tools that support daily living.
